WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND WILL YOU TRAVEL?

We are located in the heart of California's Central Valley. Travel within a forty mile radius (one-way) is included in all our packages, but we are definitely up for a road trip! Contact us so we can discuss the details. $1.50/per additional mile.

DO YOU OFFER OTHER OPTIONS THAN YOUR PREMADE PACKAGES?

Of coarse. If you didn't find what you were looking for with our premade packages, let us know what you need for your event and we'll be happy to create a package custom-designed, just for you. Whether you're looking to serve a large number of guests or want to add a special request in, we'll discuss what you're looking for and see if we can help create a unique experience for you and your guests!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY?

We accept Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, or Credit Card payments via Square.

We require a $250 NON-Refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance MUST BE PAID IN FULL 7 DAYS prior to the event. ALL deposits are NON-Refundable. We do however offer a credit option for future events. In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. Margaritas Mobile Bar does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?

No. Due to California liquor laws we legally cannot provide alcohol with your booking. We do provide everything else you need for your bartending service.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE BARTENDERS?

We include bartenders in all of our packages. (Recommend 1 Bartender/75 Guests) If you, your caterer or venue wanted to provide your own bartenders we provide drop-off options as well.

DO YOU PROVIDE INSURANCE?

Yes! We carry general liability insurance, as well as liquor liability insurance. We can provide copies of our insurance policies to your venue upon request.

DO YOU OFFER ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES?

Yes!

We offer Wedding Coordinator Service and Day of Coordinator Service.

Stuck and don't know what to do or how to go about it. We can help with your proposal!

We can also help you set up a Snapchat Filter for your event.

We also offer party favor add-on options.

WHAT ARE THE ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS?

Our bars requires flat ground for setup and service, and clear access for set-up and break down. Power is needed for the internal overhead light & the string lights. We also have two electrical outlets. For an additional fee a Generator can be rented to “keep the lights on.”
